A cross-border payment includes a conversion process
A borrower may owe one currency and earn another, with transfer timing and charges between them.
A fixed foreign-currency instalment does not make the home-currency outlay fixed.
Identify the conversion assumption in any budget example and keep uncertainty explicit. An educational page cannot promise an exchange rate or that a particular transfer arrives without deductions.
